Meet Your Guide

With years of experience leading groups through Israel and the broader Mediterranean, I've learned that travel should transform, not merely transport.

My background is my toolkit: as a former journalist, I am relentlessly inquisitive; as an ex-stand-up comedian, I know when to break the tension with a joke; and as a singer-songwriter, I search for the poetic imagery in every landscape.

Trained in history, philosophy, and biblical studies, I design each itinerary as an intellectual adventure—a joint-effort quest in the open air where the drama of history truly comes alive.

My Philosophy

More Than a Tour

An Intellectual Trip offers more than just site visits - it explores ideas. And ideas matter, as they are the convergence of emotion, history, tradition, ethics, spirituality, and creativity.

A main belief we hold is that understanding a culture's core ideas is essential for shedding stereotypes, achieving deeper tourism, and fully experiencing a new universe. This requires opening our hearts to new perspectives, getting to know unfamiliar customs, and experiencing exciting flavors, sounds, fears, and hopes.

We join our customers in transcending modern biases and contemporary politics to appreciate this land's glorious presence.

Tailored to Your Spirit

Our journeys offer the flexibility you need to turn a dream vacation into reality.

We integrate nature hikes, culinary workshops, sports, and engaging activities for children and youth - all tailored to the requests of your family or group.
